The Instructor

Sandra has taught CPR and First Aid for over 10 years with a background in emergency, dental IV sedation, and primary care. She is currently an instructor at the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario and manages her own practice at her local walk-in clinic.  She enjoys the wide array of topics in the areas of resuscitation, health promotion, and disease prevention.
